What kind of equipment do you use?

We primarily use full frame Canon cameras with an assortment of prime and zoom L lenses. We also use on camera flashes and strobes for lighting as needed.

What about back up equipment?

We always carry two or three of all important equipment. This keeps you protected from breakage and equipment failures.

Will you help us create a photo list?

We work with our clients to create a shot list/time line that includes every person/group they want photos with. Then we get down to having some fun and capture some awesome candids.

What exactly is included in your packages?

Unlimited photographs taken. Edited high resolution images (no limit on images) delivered on flash drive. Editing includes color balance with close-ups air brushed. You will receive the best photos taken, as selected by John. We retain creative control of all photos delivered.

How many hours of coverage do we get?

Six, eight or ten hours depending on the package. Travel before and after your event is not counted in your package hours.

How many miles are included in the packages?

Packages include 50 miles round trip. After that we charge 50 cents per mile.

How soon should we book a photographer?

Most of our couples book 9 - 18 months before their event. Even if you have less time than that, sometimes we are available.

What is the deposit?

We require a $500.00 deposit on all photography packages. The balance is due 4 weeks before the event.

Do you have backup photographers who will shoot the wedding if you're sick?

We do have a network of photographers we can call in case of an emergency.

Will there be a second shooter?

Yes, if the package you have chosen comes with a second shooter.

How long after the wedding do we get to see the photos?

We will send you a sneak peek in about 1 week and your gallery with all of your images will be ready within 3 to 4 weeks.

How will you coordinate with my videographer?

We work with all your vendors to create a seamless and stress free day. If you choose one of our photo - video combination packages you receive convenience, continuity and affordability.

How many weddings do you do a day?

We only do one wedding per day.

What kind of paper are our albums printed on?

All of the albums we offer provide are printed on acid-free, archival-quality paper, which stand the test of time.

Who owns the copyright to the photos?

All images come with a copyright waiver and your full print rights. Images may be shared on Facebook and Instagram with our Logo watermark.

Do you bring your own lighting?

We supply all of our own lighting including flashes, strobes, modifiers, stands, etc.

Do you offer albums?

Yes we do! We can discuss options with you and there is no time limit on purchasing an album. Some couples choose to purchase their album so that it is ready for their 1 year anniversary.
